Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Orders are processed only after payment confirmation and design approval (for customised products).

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and production time. Delays due to logistics, weather, or operational issues may occur and will be communicated accordingly. The company shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Please ensure that the shipping details provided are accurate. In case of incorrect or incomplete information from the customer's end, the order may be returned to us, and additional shipping charges will be applicable for re-dispatch. Re-dispatch timelines may vary depending on logistics and availability.

An order shall be considered "delivered" once it has been received by you or a third party authorised by you, as evidenced by:

• Signature upon delivery, or
• OTP verification at the time of delivery (where applicable)

Please note that the method of delivery confirmation may vary depending on the courier partner.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns since all products are customised and made specifically for each customer.

Refund and Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds or exchanges as all products are customised and produced on order.

Refunds or exchanges are not applicable for incorrect size selection, colour preference, or change of mind. In case of any incorrect or defective product from the company's end, a clear unboxing video and clear photos of the defective or incorrect product would be required for verification within 48 hours of delivery. The resolution will be determined after review and may include replacement or correction, at the company's discretion.

Print & Colour Disclaimer: Please note that slight variations in print size, placement, and colour may occur due to the printing process and screen differences. Such variations are not considered defects or damage.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed since the production process begins immediately after confirmation.

Payment & Pricing Policy

All prices displayed on the website are final and inclusive of all taxes. We offer free shipping on all orders.

For customised orders, a ₹400 non-refundable design advance is charged at the time of placing an order to cover the design process, which involves time, effort and creativity. This amount is fully adjusted in the final product price and is not an additional or hidden fee.

We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or update services at any time without prior notice.

COD Policy

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at the moment. All orders must be prepaid through online payment methods only.

International Shipping Policy

International shipping is not available at the moment.

Damaged / Defective Product Policy

If a product is received damaged or incorrect due to an error from our side, customers must provide:

• A clear unboxing video, and
• Clear photos of the defective or incorrect product

Claims without proper proof will not be considered. Each case is reviewed individually, and the company's decision in such matters will be final and binding.

Intellectual Property (IP) & Content Usage Policy

All content, designs, artwork, graphics, and creative outputs developed by the brand remain the intellectual property of the company unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

Customers may share references, ideas, images, or content for customisation. By submitting such content, the customer confirms that they have the necessary rights, permissions, or licenses to use it. The company shall not be held liable for any copyright, trademark, or third-party rights violations arising from customer-provided content.

The brand reserves the right to refuse any design request that includes copyrighted, trademarked, offensive, or inappropriate material.

All custom designs created by the brand are for personal use only. Customers may not reproduce, resell, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit the designs without prior written consent from the company.

The company retains the right to use images, videos, and designs of completed products for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes, unless explicitly requested otherwise by the customer.

Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or duplication of the brand's designs, website content, or creative assets may result in legal action.

Right to Refuse Orders

The brand reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that includes inappropriate, offensive, or non-compliant content, or if it does not align with our brand guidelines.

Size, Fit & Product Disclaimer

Size charts provided on the website are for reference. Slight variations may occur due to manufacturing processes.

Please note that product images are digital mockups, there may be slight variations in colour, as well as the size and placement of the print in the final product. Exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed due to screen differences and printing processes.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size. If unsure, we strongly recommend choosing one size up.

No exchanges or returns are allowed for such issues.

Customised Product Policy

All customised products are designed based on the information provided by the customer through the customisation form. Customers may share ideas, inspirations, preferences, and references.

Once the form is submitted, the design brief cannot be changed.

Designs are shared and approved step-by-step before printing. We accommodate up to two rounds of changes to ensure you're happy with the final design. In case additional revisions are required beyond this, an extra charge may be applicable.

Once the design has been approved and the balance payment has been made, no further changes to the design or size can be made, and the product is moved into production.

Delays in approval from the customer's end may impact overall delivery timelines.

Design Validity Timeline

For customised orders, the design advance is valid for up to 60 days (2 months) from the date of payment.

If the order is not confirmed within this period, the design will be considered inactive, and a new design process (along with a fresh advance) will be required.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreement whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
