Proudly women-led and bootstrapped. What started as a college passion project, born out of a shared love for designing costumes for our dance society, soon turned into Fitkaar.
It all began in college. We were both part of the dance society, Suhani as the Vice President and Mitanshi as the Creative Head.
That's when the idea struck, personalised t-shirts with elements each senior loved.
When we shared them with our batch, the responses poured in, "you guys should start something together!"
That same year, we also designed the costumes for our dance society.
When it was time to plan our seniors' farewell, we wanted to gift them something personal, something that felt like them.
Seeing our seniors' reactions when they opened their tees was everything, it genuinely made us realise how special personalised designs can feel.
One day, we decided to take this passion project forward - we met, planned, and that's where Fitkaar began and rest is history !.
