How does customisation work?
Complete the form with your ideas, inspirations, favourite details, or references you want on your apparel. Our team designs the product based on your brief and only once it is approved by you, we begin the production process.
Does the price depend on the size of the print? Can I customise both the front and back of the apparel?
No, we offer the same price regardless of the print size! Just mention your requirements in the brief and our team will design accordingly.
Note: Cropped tees only have front customisation.
What is the ₹400/- design advance and is it refundable?
To begin your order and start designing, we take a small non-refundable advance of ₹400/- per design, which is adjusted in your final product price and is not an additional or hidden charge. The design advance covers the time, energy and creativity that goes into the process!
What products can be customised? Are the products unisex?
All our products including t-shirts, cropped tees, boxy vests, sweatshirts and hoodies are 100% customisable with multiple colour options available! All our products are unisex except for the cropped tees.
What if I don't like the design and want to make changes in it?
No worries at all! We accommodate up to two rounds of changes, as long as the design brief is the same to make sure you're happy with the final design. Do keep in mind that multiple revisions may naturally extend the delivery timeline slightly.
What if I have multiple orders?
You can fill out separate forms for each design. In case you'd like the same design, you can add up to 5 products in the same form itself. For larger quantities, you can reach out to us on WhatsApp!
When do I pay the balance amount?
The balance amount for each product is payable after the design has been approved by you. Once the balance payment has been completed, we initiate printing.
Can I order a single piece or is there a minimum quantity?
You can order a single piece, there's no minimum order quantity.
How long does my order take to arrive?
We are a customised clothing brand, and every piece is made exclusively for each customer. Usually the process takes around 10-15 days, however it may vary depending upon the number of changes along with the delivery location! We'll share a clearer ETA once your design is approved.
Do you ship pan-India? Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, we ship across India and shipping is on us, no hidden delivery charges. Since all our products are custom-made, we currently do not offer COD.
What file formats should I send for references?
JPG, PNG or HEIC works the best. If your file is too large to upload, you can simply send it to us on WhatsApp!
Do you offer returns or exchanges on orders?
Since each piece at Fitkaar is custom-made to your specifications, every product is uniquely created for you. For this reason, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, all our products are made true to the provided size chart. If you need any assistance or have concerns regarding sizing or your order, our team is always here to help.
Who can I gift this to?

Do you accept bulk orders?
We take bulk orders for corporate gifting, college merch, wedding and other events, or anything else you have in mind. Kindly reach out to us on WhatsApp for the same!
