For gift orders, invoice and product tags cannot be removed. All shipments are dispatched in standard packaging as per company policy.

Since each piece at Fitkaar is custom-made to your specifications, every product is uniquely created for you. For this reason, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, all our products are made true to the provided size chart. If you need any assistance or have concerns regarding sizing or your order, our team is always here to help.

In such cases, we'd require a clear unboxing video and clear photos of the defective or incorrect product for verification. Our team would be happy to provide a resolution for the same!

No, we offer the same price regardless of the print size! Just mention your requirements in the brief and our team will design accordingly.

All our products including t-shirts, cropped tees, boxy vests, sweatshirts and hoodies are 100% customisable with multiple colour options available! All our products are unisex except for the cropped tees.

We take bulk orders for corporate gifting, college merch, wedding and other events, or anything else you have in mind. Kindly reach out to us on WhatsApp for the same!

No worries at all! We accommodate up to two rounds of changes, as long as the design brief is the same to make sure you're happy with the final design. Do keep in mind that multiple revisions may naturally extend the delivery timeline slightly.

To begin your order and start designing, we take a small non-refundable advance of ₹400/- per design, which is adjusted in your final product price and is not an additional or hidden charge. The design advance covers the time, energy and creativity that goes into the process!

The balance amount for each product is payable after the design has been approved by you. Once the balance payment has been completed, we initiate printing.

We are a customised clothing brand, and every piece is made exclusively for each customer. Usually the process takes around 10-15 days, however it may vary depending upon the number of changes along with the delivery location! We'll share a clearer ETA once your design is approved.

JPG, PNG or HEIC works the best. If your file is too large to upload, you can simply send it to us on WhatsApp!

Since all our products are custom-made, we currently do not offer COD.

No. There are no hidden charges. All prices are inclusive of taxes. We offer FREE shipping on all orders!

While no print is truly permanent forever, you don't have to worry, our prints are super durable and made to last through frequent wears and washes. They won't peel or fade easily as long as you follow normal care instructions.
